Democrat-Bhum Jai Thai alliance intact: Suthep

The Democrat-led coalition remains on course, Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thuagsuban said on Wednesday, dismissing specultation about the rift between the main coalition party and the Bhum Jai Thai Party.

"Democrats and Bhum Jai Thai can still work together," he said.

Suthep said there was no conflict between Transport Minister Sophon Saram and Deputy Interior Minister Thaworn Senneam.

Sophon and Thaworn reportedly had differing views on how to resolve the problems plaguing the State Railway of Thailand.
