The spread continues with irresistible antipasti, such as marinated three-collar capsicum, mushrooms, zucchini, eggplants, sun-dried tomatoes, and Octopus calamari, smoked duck breast, smoked chicken breast, home liver mousse with Melba toast, herbed-beef Carpaccio on marinated rocket lettuce, mushroom and asparagus frittata with fennel, orange and almond salad; Greek salad with yoghurt marinated grilled sirloin steak, and more. The menu also features roasted tomato soup.
For the mains, La Vue's buffet menu will include mouthwatering items such as Poached oysters "Florentine" on spinach leaves and glazed with Parmesan cheese sauce, grilled Portobello mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil & fresh goat's cheese, roasted duck breast with grilled fresh pineapple sauce, penne pasta "Arrabiata" in spicy, creamed tomato sauce, grilled Salmon "provincial" and many others. There will also be a cheese trolley, a flambé trolley (risotto with scallops), carving trolley, fruits, and dessert -- all these for just Bt800++.
