Meet on road links

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) will host a meeting of Bangkok MPs and city councillors by early September to look into the road constructions linking Suksawat Road with Rama II Road and Taksin Intersection, and the Phetkasem RoadSouthern Outer Ring Road link as part of the Ng3 City Plan.

BMA adviser Colonel Sawat Jampasri said yesterday that the meeting would cover details of the proposed Bt10billion compensation package for affected residents. He hoped that after a publicrelations drive, people's resistance to the constructions would subside in three to four months.
