
Accor Asia Pacific will open two Pullman Hotels in Thailand and three others in Asia by 2011.
Two new hotels will be in China and one in Vietnam. The group currently operates 10 Pullman Hotels in the region.
Gaurav Bhushan, senior vice president for development, said yesterday that the Aisawan Resort & Spa in Pattaya would be rebranded as the Pullman Pattaya Aisawan at the end of the year following the completion of renovations to the 353-room property.
In late 2011, the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach will open as a newly built hotel with 260 guestrooms and 20 villas fronting Naithon Beach.
The brand is on track to achieve its development ambitions of 50 establishments globally by year-end and 300 by 2015, Bhushan said.
By year-end, the Pullman network will consist of 50 hotels in 23 countries across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. |- The Nation
