Pongpicharn is a familiar face at the Government House as he came to file several complaints including about his missing child and drug problems.
Initial investigation showed that Pongpicharn followed Thai TV's car from the station to Government House and when the tv car was about to reach the gate, he cut its way and went through the entrance.
