He said the television network can be linked to D station, MTV and People Station and could be viewed via http://www.voicetv.co.th that has already existed.

He refused to reveal which satellite the television will be used in broadcasting the station but added the government would not be able to block the signal.
  

Thaksin had decided to transform his plan into action next month, after having traveled to many countries to gather information and talk to businessmen, diplomats and academics for more than three months as feasibility studies for the project.

Thaksin will produce his own programme "Siam land for Thais" and will do his own television programming.

The website of Voice TV with its slogan "Voice of New Generation" broadcasts Thai and foreign news including latest news about Thaksin and links to his speeches including his 60th birthday anniversary speech. Pracha said the website woul dfocus on giving inspiration to the new generation and allow them to express and share opinion that would lead to new opportunities for society.

Pheu Thai Party deputy leader Panpree Mahitthanukorn said if the party would be happy if the government materialised Thaksin's idea of making the three television channels for Thais since it would not require huge funds. "We have proposed the idea if the government does not want it, it is all right but if we become government we will make it a a national agenda,'' he said.

During Thaksin's phone in on his 60th birthday anniversary, Thaksin said he would launch television channels devoting to education, the poor and selling OTOP products.
