Death toll of the flu reaches 44 Wednesday
Deadly influenza has claimed 20 more fatalities, bringing the number of the flu victims in Thailand to 44.
Thai Public Health Ministry announced Wednesday that lab tests showed that 20 people succumbed to the influenza pandemic.
The tally of the fatalities hit 24 on Wednesday as the flu hit the country in May.
The ministry said the infected cases in Thailand now reache 6,776.
