STAR TV executive named MCOT president
MCOT has named Tanawat Wansom, the former of executive of STAR TV South East Asia, as the new president.
He will start his new job in September.
Tanawat, 37, has worked in the media circle for some time, including Channel V Thailand and Disney's Buena Vista Pictures.
Tanawat will succeed Wasan Paileeklee, who resigned as MCOT president in November last year.
