TAGS changed in major shareholders
Thai Airport Ground Services Co Ltd (TAGS) yesterday announced its change in major shareholding structure after being bought out by newly appointed CEO Anupong Rojanakarin.
He said that he has acquired a 56.5 per cent stake in TAGs, of which 48.5 per cent from SJ Asset Management and 8 per cent from Power Link Co Ltd.
