BEC-Tero subsidiary changes name

BEC-Tero Entertainment announced that its wholly owned subsidiary BEC-Tero Arsenal had changed its name to BEC-Tero Comcom and increased its capital from Bt18 million to Bt28 million by issuing 2 million new shares at a par value of Bt5 apiece.
Parent BEC-Tero increased its investment by purchasing 1.02 million shares for Bt5.1 million, to maintain its shareholding proportion at 51 per cent, the company said in the filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
