SCB sets up loan recovery subsidiary
Siam Commercial Bank is setting up a loan recovery subsidiary, which will recover loans extended by all business units.
Employees at existing units would be transferred to the new entity, but are promised no change in their benefits.
SCB President Kannikar Chalitaporn said the move will increase the bank's efficiency in recovering loans.
