NAWARAT PATANAKARN's shareholders approved the purchase of land and buildings from Rueanrapee Co at Baranee Village, located in Pathum Thani province, for Bt42.91 million. Nawarat has paid the full amount by way of a deduction from the debts owed by Rueanrapee. This enables Nawarat to record a reversal of allowance for doubtful debts totalling Bt17.52 million.
