SEC AUTO SALES AND SERVICES postponed its filing of financial statements for last year and the first quarter of this year pending new policies to be issued by committees to be appointed on July 29. The car importer remains in business and is now focusing on post-sales service. It formed a business alliance to prepare for restocking its lots with imported cars.
THAI STANLEY ELECTRIC's shareholders approved a dividend of Bt5 a share, payable on July 30. Of that, Bt2.55 will come from its non-Board of Investment business and the rest from BOI-promoted operations.
