Europe is now the second-largest export market for IOT, after the Middle East, which constitutes one-fourth of its export volume, she said last week.
Now, the Thai-made Isuzu D-Max pickup is available in
the Benelux countries (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg), as well as in Poland, Bulgaria, Norway and elsewhere.
Last year, IOT's exports fell 1.5 per cent to 130,000 units. It has not yet set a target for this year, because the first half was spent clearing out stocks.
Panatda, who is also vice president for corporate strategy and corporate relations at Tri Petch Isuzu Sales, did not reveal the domestic quotas either.

"They're our business partners, and we won't force them to meet targets when they're in trouble," she said.
