Industry ministry supports "Green Factory"
Industry Minister Charnchai Chairungrueng yesterday said that the ministry is ready to support the "Green Factory".
He made a remark in "Thailand:Green Move, Green Energy " seminar yesterday, co-hosted by Krungthep Thurakij newspaper and Toyota Thailand.
He said the ministry would impose a stricter control on large manufacturers in order to ensure that they comply with the ministry's environment protection regulations.
The ministry has promoted the production of hybrid cars in Thailand as well as the use of the green energy by industrial sector.
