QLT wins more contracts

Qualitech Plc (QLT) has won two testing contracts for two oil companies worth Bt60 million. One belongs to the existing client who renewed the contract for another five years, while the other is a new client. The company is confident that the new client would renew the 1-year contract.

Managing Director Sanphat Rattakam said this encourages the company to further invest in advanced non-destructing testing technology to accommodate future growth. It is in negotiation with a European company for real-time testing technology, which could lead to the formation of a joint venture or cooperation in project by project. The deal will be finalised in the fourth quarter.

Due to business expansion, the company's revenue should grow at least 10 per cent on year.
