CHONBURI CONCRETE PRODUCT reported that its subsidiary Smart Concrete had signed a debt-restructuring agreement with Bank of Ayudhya, under which it would repay debt totalling Bt330 million on March 31 next year.

SIAM COMMERCIAL BANK sold 37,499,998 common shares of Naca84, which is a related party, to CPB Equity for Bt158.62 million.

SMC MOTORS' board approved the distribution of land and buildings on Ratchadaphisek Road in Thon Buri to Paya Panich Property for Bt53 million, and on Srinakharin Road to Toyota K Motors for Bt120 million.

SEAFCO reported that Instyle Estate Ekkamai had transferred the proprietary rights in two units located in the City Living Condominium building for Bt5,696,100.
