
The team will conduct the audits every week on 2 areas: ground customer services and ramp handling.
On the ground customer services, it interviews staff to measure employee knowledge and understanding of the company's measures, and flight crew and cabin crew. Employees on flight duty must be screened by Thermo Scan at the airport quarantine area.
On the ramp handling, the audit is centred on preventive cleaning measures performed on aircraft returning from high risk countries.
