Advisor says tender offer price for Thai Film shares "too low"
D&T Advisory, Thai Film Industries (TFI)'s independent financial adviser, commented that the tender offering price proposed by TFI major shareholder Ausana Mahagitsiri is inappropriate. Ausana proposed to buy all shares at Bt1 each during May 20 and June 23.
D&T said based on the adjusted book value and discount cashflow, TFI share price should be Bt1.24. The TFI's board of directors earlier opined that the price should be in the range of Bt0.73 and Bt1.14 per share. - The Nation
