
Leon Yang, managing director of Easy Phamax (Thailand), said the company was launched in March as the market here was more active than in Indonesia and Philippines, the current markets for Easy Phamax Group.
Easy Phamax Group started in 2005 and now has operations in 13 countries, with Thailand and Taiwan the latest markets and India coming up next year.
Easy Phamax now is the world's largest herbs e-franchising business, he said.
"As part of the Easy Phamax franchising success, we rely on three business systems, which are people network, e-franchise and franchise system," he said.
The company will spend Bt20 million on creating brand awareness with customer-to-customer as one important marketing strategy.
For e-franchise, the company will develop an e-commerce system in August as a channel for investors who prefer to deal in business through e-franchising.
The company projects at least 200 e-franchise members.
Investors will need to prepare about Bt25,000 for an e-franchise.
Beside e-franchise and customer members, the company will open outlets through exclusive franchisees in all 76 provinces.
The exclusive franchisees will |need to invest at least Bt2 million |on each branch, but their franchise |fee will be waived for the first five |years.
After e-franchise is developed and exclusive franchisees appointed, the company's revenue could jump to Bt300 million next year, he added.
