
MINOR INTERNATIONAL acquired 447.44 million shares of Minor Corp out of 447.8 million shares through its tender offer. The total transaction value was Bt4.59 billion. Minor International now directly and indirectly owns 489.39 million Minor Corp shares for a 99.92-per-cent stake.
