Trend Micro and True Internet Jointly Announce NetCare Service

This service is provided exclusively for True Internet's customers to ensure and protect them from web threats.

NetCare is a web-based application to monitor and eliminate online threats which requires no program installation for PCs and notebooks as user can access the service via website www.trueinternet.co.th to activate the antivirus functions during their internet use.

To access the service, simply login to www.trueinternet.co.th/netcare . Then, click yes under "Warning Security" to update virus signatures. To scan the computer, click "Recommended Scan" to activate automatic virus elimination and click at "Start Scan" to monitor and eliminate viruses as NetCare will monitor and eliminate Trojans while restoring file systems to its normal condition. Virus alert will appear on screen throughout the process. In case user want to eliminate alerted virus, simply click "Cleaner Now" and the system will ask if user want to "Delete" viruses. Click "OK" to eliminate threats and complete the process.

NetCare provides online monitoring service to detect and eliminate viruses while users are browsing the websites. To optimize the security, users should take 2-step process including monitoring their system while using computer and installing additional antivirus programs in their PCs or notebooks to prevent, monitor and eliminate emerging threats.

The duration of NetCare service depends on the quality of internet connection, connection speed, capacity of hard disk drive and amount of files to be monitored.
