
He said that the government told parliament that from total, Bt111 billion will be used to replenish revenue shortfall and Bt280 billion is for investment, but Prime Minister Abhisit told the public that the government will split the amount for revenue shortfall and investment.
"The government should tell the public the truth. Though the borrowing bill will pass parliamentary screening, we view that due to rifts between coalition parties - Bhum Jai Thai and Democrat, there may be attempts to offer (Bhum Jai Thai) something to settle the 4,000 bus leasing project. It could be possible that the bus project could be shelved, in return for new projects like dust-free roads, to get the borrowing bill endorsed," he said.
