Wachtveitl remains Mandarin Group's special advisor



Kurt Wachtveitl will remain with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as the special advisor, following his retirement as general manager of Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok.

In his new role as special adviser, the group will continue to benefit from his extensive skills, industry knowledge and experience. His new responsibilities will include acting as Brand Ambassador at Mandarin Oriental events worldwide, the recruitment and development of talented employees, and assisting in the development of new hotel projects, restaurant concepts and spa operations.
