Below is financial products and services available from this week.

- Sansiri's Bt1billion debentures will be put on sale at Siam Commercial Bank's branches nationwide from Monday to Wednesday. The threeyear debentures carry a coupon rate of 6.25 per cent per annum, and interest is paid quarterly. The minimum subscription is Bt100,000.

- Kasikornbank offers the "Happy Senior Fixed Deposit" exclusively for depositors aged above 55. The 30month timedeposit account provides interest at 0.15 percentage point on top of the bank's 24month timedeposit account. Interest is paid on a monthly basis and is taxfree.

The account also features 24hour personal accident coverage worldwide, with a maximum insured sum of Bt1 million but not exceeding the outstanding balance in the account.

The minimum deposit is Bt100,000.

- Krung Thai Bank is holding the "KTB NPA Grand Sale" at its 840 branches until June 15. More than 8,000 land plots are up for sale at the fair, and buyers will receive discounts of up to 35 per cent, waiver of the appraisal fee and a transferfee payment of only 0.0051 per cent.

- Siam Commercial Bank has jointly launched a campaign with Asian Property Development. Under the "AP 5 Wonders" campaign, the developer's customers get special home prices, zerointerest loan rates for one year from Siam Commercial Bank and 10 times reward points when making a down payment through the bank's credit cards. The campaign runs throughout June.

- Krung Thai Asset Management is launching an initial public offering of its new moneymarket fund, the Krung Thai Saving Fund (KTSV), until Tuesday. The fund invests in localgovernment debt instruments for at least 80 per cent of its net asset value. It features high liquidity, as it allows investors to make transactions each day before 2-pm, and they will get money back one day after the trading day.

Meanwhile, the company is offering a promotion to those investing at least Bt2 million in KTSV and the Krung Thai Sa-Som-Sub Fund until July 31, under which they receive additional unit trusts of Bt200.

It is also launching the Krung Thai Fixed Income FIF12M3 (KTFF12M3) until Tuesday. The one-year fund invests in debt instruments issued by the ExportImport Bank of Korea, Kookmin Bank and Korea Development Bank, as well as South Korean MSB bonds. It is expected to yield a return of 2.6 per cent per annum.

- Tisco Asset Management is conducting an initial public offering of the Special Plus 12 Fund until Tuesday. The fund invests in debt instruments issued by commercial banks and corporations and is redeemable when its net asset value reaches Bt10.42 within one year. The minimum subscription is Bt20,000.

The company has also rolled out a promotion offering a free Bt100 voucher from Tops Supermarket for every Bt15,000 that customers subscribe to the Tisco China India Retirement Fund from Monday until July 31.

- PrimaVest Asset Management is selling the PrimaVest FIF 9M1 (PFIF9M1) until Monday. This ninemonth fund invests in debt instruments issued by the Export-Import Bank of Korea at a ratio of 50 per cent of its net asset value, and the Korea Development Bank for the rest. The fund is expected to provide a net return of 2.65 per cent per annum.

It will also offer the Krungsri-PrimaVest Fixed Income 3M1 (KPF3M1) between Tuesday and June 9. This three-month fund will mainly invest in debt instruments issued by financial institutions or corporations with a credit rating of at least A-.
