Absolute Hotel Services has been contracted to manage a new collection of private lodges called Mountain Lodge Khao Yai, to open next month.

CEO Jonathan Wigley said one of the properties, the U Khao Yai Resort, was a six-room residence that could accommodate groups of up to 14 guests, located atop a mountain overlooking a vast area of forest, with views from both private balconies and public areas. - The Nation

The Prime Nature Group has entered the rental market by opening units at its luxury Prime Nature Villa project in Hua Hin for rent, following the plunge in demand for luxury |residences.

Chairwoman Sunattee Nerngchamnong said the company would open Villa Crystal, located within Prime Nature Villa, for rent. Villa Crystal has two double-house units, both of which are pool villas, one Butterfly House unit and seven Deluxe Lake units. Rental is Bt15,000 a night. - The Nation
