EASTERN WATER RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT's board approved a tap-water sales contract for Chonburi Waterworks between Universal Utilities, a wholly owned subsidiary company, and the Provincial Waterworks Authority.
Under the contract, Bt2.26 billion will be generated from tap water priced from Bt9.75 per cubic metre throughout the 20-year period.
UNION TEXTILE INDUSTRIES' board approved an extension of the lease with Union Spinning Mill for building and machinery at Spinning Mill 5 in Chachoengshao. The transaction is valued at Bt6.8 million.
