No deposit run at Thanachart Bank
Thanachart Bank denied the reported deposit run at its Ubon Ratchathani branch, saying that the amount deposited at the bank on May 21 is Bt10 million higher than withdrawals.
In a statement, the bank said transactions on the day were normal. It also said that depositor Pornpimol Thanapornsin was allowed to withdraw her deposits after an investigation.
