Boxing legend Saensak dies
Boxing legend Saengsuk Muangsurin passed away Thursday after suffering from blood infection. He was 59.
The former World Boxing Council light welterweight died during an operation at the Rajvithi General Hospital after having admitted since April 12 for intestine infection.
Saengsak, widely called "I Saeb" among fans, held the world record for taking the shortest time to claim a world title after just three professional bouts. Throughout his 20 career fights, he won 14 including 11 knockouts and lost six times.
