Court drops case against THAI relocation



The Supreme Administrative Court on Friday rejected the academic's petition against Thai Airways International's relocation of domestic flights back to Suvarnabhumi Airport.

 The court ruled that the relocation is THAI's policy, not the order from the administration.

 The petition was filed by independent academic Somkid Homnet, against Transport Minister Sophon Saram, THAI and its president,and the Council of Economic Ministers, among others.

THAI moved its domestic flights from Don Mueang on March 28.
