"In other words, we hope to stimulate the Thai economy," managing director Apisit Limlomwongse said.
"The company believes the exhibitions will stir up the property market since this is the first time that we could gather various leading properties to join the roadshows in eight major department stores," he said.
The company focuses on upper-middle to high-end customers looking for condominiums and homes in their preferred area, he said.
The condominiums, homes and home offices are located in Bangkok's prime business districts - Sukhumvit, Sathorn, Paholyothin, Lat Phrao and Charoennakorn.
The participating project developers are Charn Issara, Rasa Group, Samirano Group, Pacific Star International (Thailand), Happyland Group, Benja Garden, Best Ocean Golf, D-well Development and Baan Aungsana.
The roadshow runs to Wednesday at the Emporium Shopping Complex before moving to other leading shopping malls around Bangkok such as Siam Paragon, CentralWorld and Central Chidlom.
