GHB holds property auctions on April 25
Government Housing Bank will put over 3,000 non-performing properties across the nation on auction on April 25. About 2,800 are located outside Bangkok and peripheral provinces.
The auction will take place at the headquarters and provincial offices. The bank will also provide loans upto 90 per cent of the bid prices to the bid winners, and they can pay 12-month installments without interest.
