Software-seminar invitatioin go out

Business-owners are being invited to a seminar on software asset management in March and May.

The free seminars are hosted by the Thai Department of Intellectual Property, the Economic and Technical Crimes Suppression Division, the Software Industry Promotion Agency and private industry.

They will take place in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Ayutthaya, Nakhon Ratchasima and Prachin Buri. - The Nation

Seamico Securities Plc is ready to kick off its new brand "KT ZMICO" after shareholders unanimously approved its integration plan.

 Chaipatr Srivisarvacha, executive chairman and CEO, said the shareholders approved the transfer of the company's shares to KTBS, a joint venture between ZMICO and Krung Thai Bank. The German-Thai Chamber of Commerce (GTCC) recently reelected Pracha Chivapornthip, managing director of BASF (Thai) Ltd, as the new chamber president.
