Seamico Securities Plc is ready to kick off its new brand "KT ZMICO" after shareholders unanimously approved its integration plan.

 Chaipatr Srivisarvacha, executive chairman and CEO, said the shareholders approved the transfer of the company's shares to KTBS, a joint venture between ZMICO and Krung Thai Bank.
