True raises Bt3-Bt5 bn

True Corp Plc will issue baht-denominated debentures worth between Bt3 billion to Bt5 billion in the next two weeks to partially repay debts of around Bt10 billion due next year, said chief financial officer Noppadol Dej-Udom.

True has appointed Bangkok Bank, Krung Thai Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, Kasikornbank and Siam Commercial Bank as the underwriters of the five-year debentures. The debentures will be sold to individual investors, who can contact the banks' branches.
