Chairat Sa-nguansue, director-general of the Department of Land Transport, as a director of BMTA, said on Monday that the department had enough information to finalise the draft after 6 public hearings where private companies, state agencies and private-bus entrepreneurs expressed their views. The department will sell the bidding document within March this year.
According to the latest ToR, one of entrepreneurs' qualifications is the ability to assemble 70 per cent of the buses in Thailand.
