Hi! managers: The recipe to achieve success

It is very easy to say that everyone wants to be successful. But how is a question that often follows.

There is a recipe for success. It is definitely not a secret. The recipe has already been proved by many successful people.

JK Rowling is one of them.

JK Rowling is the well-known author of the Harry Potter fantasy series. She is perhaps equally famous for her 'rags to riches' life story. She made progress from living on welfare to multi-millionaire status in a very short period - within 5 years.

She has now become a notable philanthropist.

Rowling's dream began when she was a little child. She knew what she wanted to be.

She loved reading books and enjoyed writing fantasy stories.

She kept working hard on her story-telling and never lost her dream.

The five Ds are now clear - Desire, Discipline, Determination, Development and Duck.

Desire is identified as the first ingredient.

Desire is an emotion that can be transformed into energy, which could be either positive or negative. What you desire can become a reality when you mentally see, feel and believe.

A person's mind is like a camera. Once the mind photographs the desire, the brain will be magnetised with thoughts associated with that desire you hold in mind.

Whatever a mind of a person can conceive and believe, it can achieve.

Discipline is considered as the second ingredient.

Stuart Goldsmith said in his book entitled 'It's Not Just The Money', that discipline produces success even if your definition of success has nothing to do with money.

Disciplined people must think of their future. They also have plans to be followed. They use their time and talents to create present and future wealth for themselves.

Determination is the third ingredient.

Being determined is to set priorities of actions to pursue goals no matter how long it would take to achieve. Determined people must focus on their missions and be prepared to make sacrifices.

Development is described as the fourth ingredient.

Personal development is an idea that people aim to use and accomplish. Every time you decide to take a training course, you are developing some aspect of you. The training course can change some of your fundamental parts such as behaviour, which might block your route to be successful.

Last, but not the least, is Duck.

Duck means hardworking. No one notices that the duck paddles strongly in order to move smoothly.

Those, who find the perfect proportion of the ingredients, will be able to be successful in life. We must not leave it to luck.
