Three executives of santika Pub reported to police yesterday to face a charge of recklessness leading to death and injury.
They are venue manager Thawatchai Srithumma, marketing manager Wuttipong Waiyalaklee and entertainment manager Pongthep Jinda.
All three denied any wrongdoing.
Colonel Kachornsak Pansakhon, deputy commander of Metropolitan Police Division 5, said another suspect in the case, Suriya Ritrabeu, remained on the run.
"We have an arrest warrant out for him," Kachornsak said.
Santika Pub's major shareholder Wisut Setsawat was the first suspect to turn himself over to police.
He is facing a charge of recklessness leading to death and injury, as well as one of allowing people under 20 years of age into his pub.
