THAI CANE PAPER posted a consolidated full-year net loss of Bt100.7 million, against a net profit of Bt83.56 million in 2007.

BANKTHAI's board approved the sale of 100,000 shares in BSL Leasing to Bangkok Bank for Bt429.90 apiece, or Bt42.99 million.

MIDA ASSETS' board purchased another 199,000 shares in The Retreat Hua Hin for Bt100 apiece, or Bt19.9 million.

TPI POLENE reported the Central Bankruptcy Court ordered rehabilitation proceedings for 99.99-per-cent-owned subsidiary TPI Polene and TPI Concrete terminated.

TT&T terminated Prasitchai Kritsanayunyong as executive vice president, company secretary and all other positions, effective February 1. It also appointed Saijai Kitsin as senior executive vice president for corporate finance, effective this past Monday.

BANGKOK FIRST INVESTMENT AND TRUST posted a full-year net profit of Bt77.61 million, down from Bt124.71

million in 2007.
