APF Group opens tennis academy in Thailand



Asia Partnership Fund Group has launched the APF Academies an indoor tennis training centre with US Openstandard courts in Thailand, as part of its commitment to investment in Asean where where potential is high enough to beat the global downturn.

Group President Mitsuji Konoshita said package tours for Japanese tennis enthusiasts are prepared, as the academies are the meeting point of tennis players and enthusiasts from various countries.

Set up in the Bahamas in 1981 and moving the headoffice to Bangkok in 1999, APF Group took over United Securities, Group Lease, and Zeavola  a resort hotel in Phi Phi Island.
