NHA hosts Ua Athorn housing sale

 Siriroj Chaopaknam, deputy governor, said NHA expects to sell about 10,000 units. 

 He said due to economic problems, 30 per cent of buyers who bought the units on leasing contracts with NHA have stopped payment for 3-5 months. NHA has lowered the installments to help the clients.

 NHA has also bought back some units from those who borrowed commercial banks' loans for the purchase, whose installments have been 2 months overdue. The repurchased units are put on the market for resale.
