Nava Nakorn's board of directors has approved a Bt20 million loan to NEO Realty and Industry, a major shareholder. The interest rate was set at 7.5 per cent per year, with redemption and payment due on February 26.

Areeya Property has set up a subsidiary called Areeya Development with Bt1 million in initial registered capital, divided into 100,000 shares of Bt10 each. The purpose of the new unit is to support and serve Areeya Property's expansion in townhouse projects and increase the efficiency of management and company operations. The company holds 100 per cent of the shares in this new subsidiary and the funds for this investment came from the company's internal sources.

Thai Rung Union Car has dissolved two subsidiaries - Thai Auto Body Assembly and TRU Leasing. The companies have remained inactive since their incorporation. The closure of these two subsidiaries has no effect the company's normal conduct of business.
