Panithan mulling whether to become the government spokesman
Chulalongkorn University's political scientist Panithan Wattanayakorn admitted on Friday that he has been offered the job of spokesman for the Abhisit Vejjajiva government.
Panithan said he has yet to finalise his decision whether to accept the job.
He said he needs time to make up his mind because he is obligated to resign his academic position in order to accept the government appointment.
