SRITHAI SUPERWARE decreased its registered and paidup capital from Bt2.86 bil¬lion to Bt2.71 billion by writing off 14,723,806 outstanding shares of treasury stock at a par value of Bt10 each. Relevant registration was made at the Commerce Ministry on last Friday.

MIDA ASSETS' board approved payment of Bt31.5 million for a 60percent stake in Mida (Laos) Financing, which is established and registered in Laos. That country's govern¬ment will own 30 per cent and other Thai investors a combined 10 per cent.
