New interior design of Baan Preuksa
The new design will apply to 20 current Baan Preuksa projects in Bangkok and its suburbs, including Rangsit, Lum Luk Ka, Onnuj and Bang Bua Thong. The changes are primarily concerned with func¬tionality and useable space.
"Our new design is concerned about useable space, to provide out customers with good value for their money, as well as focusing on func
¬tionality, to meet customers' demands," he said.Baan Preuksa townhouses will now be wider - at 5.7 metres - and will have three bedrooms on the upper floor and more useable space on the lower floor.
The wider lower floor is sepa
¬rated into a dining room, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The design uses bright tones to make the lower floor areas appear bigger than they really are, and to make them easy to decorate with both builtin and movable furniture.Homeowners will be able to change the lowerfloor space to make a home theatre, an addition¬al bedroom, of whatever is required.
The upper floor is divided into three bedrooms and one bathroom, to suit a small family.
The new design also provides wide glass doors linking the interi¬or with the world outside, creating a relaxed atmosphere for weekend enjoyment.
"We believe our new design will meet customers' demands and appeal to their spending power, with a starting price of Bt700,000 per unit," Prasert said.
