TTA offers dividend shares

 Of total, 64.4 million shares will be given to shareholders as dividend at the ratio of 10 existing shares for one dividend share and the rest is reserved for a private placement.

 Earlier, the shareholders received the interim dividend of Bt1.50 and through the dividend shares, priced at Bt1, the dividend for the 2008 operations would be Bt2.50.
