Bus fares likely to come down soon

The Transport Company Limited is ready to lower the bus fare by 3 satang per kilometre in line with the falling oil price.

The move aims to help consumers ease the burden of the living cost.

The new rate is expected to take effect after the meeting of the Central Land Transport Committee in the next two weeks.
