SEC AUTO SALES AND SERVICES reported the resignation of Chaiyawut Chitthiwong as chairman of the Audit Committee and Somboon Ahunai as member of the Audit Committee, effective from December 4.
PTT CHEMICAL completed addition¬al fundraising by issuing Bt12 billion in unsecured and unsubordinated debentures to retail and institutional investors. The debentures have been rated A+ by Fitch Ratings (Thailand).
CANDINAVIAN LEASING reported the resignation of Tassadej Arunsmith from his Audit Committee and independent director positions, effective from December 3, and Panas Simasathien from the board chairmanship as well as the positions of chairman of the Audit Committee and independent director, effective from December 4.
