LIVE INCORPORATION'S board approved a reduc¬tion in registered capital from Bt690 million to Bt460 million by cancelling 2.3 billion unissued ordinary shares at the par value of Bt0.10, before increasing capital from Bt460 million to Bt1.2 bil¬lion by issuing new 7.4 billion shares at the same par value.
BUSINESS ONLINE has a joint investment in a new company named Abiks Development. Abiks has registered capital of Bt150 million, of which Business Online holds 20 per cent.
SMC MOTORS posted a consolidated net loss of Bt40.55 million in the third quarter, up from a net loss of Bt36.19 million over the same period last year.
CHKARNCHANG has been granted the mainte¬nance contract by Bangkok Expressway for the Second Stage Expressway System: Periodic 2 Phase II. The 13month project is valued at Bt135.67 million.
