BBL sells all shares in Tuntex
Bangkok Bank has sold its entire stake in Tuntex (Thailand) Plc to Indorama Ventures Co Ltd, at the price of Bt257.2 million.
In the statement to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the bank said it sold 257 million shares at par value of Bt1 apiece. The shares account for 31.20 per cent of Tuntex's issued shares.
