Thai Tap Water Supply's board approved the issue of bills or debentures not exceeding Bt7.5 billion.

The proceeds would be used to repay long-term loans and cover plant enhancement and capacity expansion.

Thoresen Thai Agencies will repurchase and cancel bonds worth US$21.9 million (Bt783 million) representing 12.89 per cent of the $169.8 million convertible bonds issued and offered offshore on September 24 of last year.

PTT Exploration and Production's wholly owned subsidiary PTTEP International reported the drilling result of an exploration well - Kanaka-1 located in block M7. Flow rate testing was not performed. The company concluded that gas discovery in this well was not enough to establish commercial operations. The well will be written off this quarter at the roughly total cost of Bt975 million.

Airports of Thailand said Suvarnabhumi Airport will resume full service today at 11am.
